Chicken Express - Carthage

The chicken was fresh and hot, directly boiled and not dried. Okra was hot. Will eat again at this point.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place! I traveled out of town and had a desire for fried chicken. I went with three other family members and all the staff welcomed us with warm open smiles. I mean, the staff was so friendly that it was hearty! They ensured every last of our needs with efficiency. Everyone who works there was in good mood! The service was incredibly phenomenal! Not to mention the food was so delicious! I recommend everyone in this area, please stop by the Chicken Express and take a bite. I guarantee that you will talk about how great the service is. I'll come back with all my friends.
