Chipotle Mexican Grill - Cartersville

My wife is vegetarian and we were very disappointed when we were told by the workers that this place was from sofritas and the new plant-based chorizo. that means they don't get anything to eat. we would have gone, but my son and my wife ordered first, so we felt obliged to pay for their dinner, and my wife had to ram noodle instead

Turned me away when trying to use a Chipolte gift card that I was given for Christmas because their computers were down. They said it was cash only. Not cool considering they already have my money. I asked if I could just give them the card and have them run it when the computer come back up and they said no. The customer service was non existent. And I was so looking forward to the meal to because I had not eaten all day. I left hungry because I had no cash.

The best bowls we've ever got! hot and fresh! I was crazy. I can't find out which meat is not spicy. I thought barbacoa was my safer place, but tonight it was flaky! I'm gonna blow after a few bites. I had to pack the rest for another day.

I got to chipotle at least once a week and it’s always a pleasure to go there! The food is always good. Kevin and Owen are so nice! I definitely recommend this location! The burritos are amazing! Thanks guys!!!

They are amazing. I told them it was my first time there. They explain to us how it assembled and choices. He recommended the bowl cause you can see what you are eating. Food was delicious. Highly recommend.
