If you go after 6 pm they will ask you to pull up because they are watching there time which is kinds foolish cause in reality yall are slow). Once you pull up you wait 15 minutes or more. After waiting all this time the meat on the burger comes out cold like how the hell! My last experience i requested a full refund the manager on duty same Caucasian women with glasses that pulls me up every time) said that she could give me a refund but could not give me a receipt. I refused to leave without proof of my refund. So she got upset and walked off. So i proceeded to ask another co working to take a picture with my phone for some type of proof. I have not been back since. Do better! We want Paige back She was the best manager)!
Sheralyn was so nice as I ordered through the drive thru. She is AMAZING at customer service !!! You don't find people like her very often. I think she is definitely an excellent asset to this company. Very satisfied customer !!!
I haven't been there in a while, had the bk big fish, it was fresh, hot and delicious ?
We stopped today for fries and a chocolate milk for my grandson. They were out of chocolate milk and the drive through attendant actually made him chocolate milk! Cudos! Great customer service!
This location is well known to me. I’ve been coming here since the 1980s, when I was in high school always cruising town. It has had its ups and downs over the years, but the current crew has always been friendly helpful. Whether I go inside or swing through the drive through for breakfast, they’re always smiling. Keep up the good work.
