Mcdonald's - Carter

Was driving back from OKC and needed something. People were friendly in the place was clean. They even gave me a frappe that I guess was an extra ask me if I wanted one it was delicious. But sadly when I got in the car and was driving away and reached for my cheeseburger it was old. The bun was sort of hard and it was dry. I didn't expect it to be great but normally they're soft and cooked fresh. It was if it had been sitting under a heat lamp and then put under a stack of books. Probably should learn to check my food before I drive away when I'm at McDonald's.

They have so poor service I needed a receipt I asked them she said go to the other window I went and the guy there said to park over there and the manager will get it. What type of restaurant doesn’t give receipts.

The store was clean. The manager and Alice were super friendly. I will continue to go to this one. It was so nice not to smell gross stuff before I ate. The one on Grand stinks so bad. Thank you Merrick drive.

I used the app to order while I was sitting outside. Went to freshen up, then I went to the counter and the order was waiting on me. You should use the app if you can, it's quick, easy and you get discounts through the app.

Lady at cash register was rude. You can tell she was new at register. Lead person was rude to other customers. We ordered frappes and coffee. Coffee was very cold waited 10 mins for a hot brew.
