The only thing preventing it from being 5 stars was that they didn't put enough brown gravy (even after asking on both the chopped steak mashed potatoes on my to-go order. Otherwise, it's alright. (Thankfully, the waitress did make the experience a lot more tolerating. ??‍

The waitress on phone all the time took more then 20 minutes to order food cold not how it was order place was dirty seats and rugsAnd asking for anything extra costed extra a real waist of space in Ardmore Oklahoma never go back ther

The lady working here she is very Rude I’m kindly Requesting the Manager to investigate this issue going on here we are drivers we want someone who can serve us well otherwise you can lose money course I saw my eyes a lot of drivers Run away when the lady started yelling to everyone she can’t control her self please send to her drug taste she is not okay…. After waiting I got my food with no spoon after I finished I pay my card she was asked me give the card after payments she throw on the ground and some food that I Left and put in the box she throw what can of human being this please watch the camera this lady she is not responsible person! Period!

Brook was our server. She was absolutely impossible to flag down when we needed something, never checked on us. My husband had to get up to ask her for a few things. When he was finally fed up, he made a sharp noise to get her attention and flag her over. I simply wanted salt and pepper for my eggs. I pointed out that they were stone cold and asked her to either heat them or replace them. She barked at me and told me that I could see she was busy and that I should have gotten up to search fory own salt and pepper. She slammed the shakers down on the table in front of me and refused to do anything about the eggs. I will NEVER eat at another Huddle House. I'd rather eat a gas station hot dog when traveling than to put up with an employee that behaves like that or a company that puts their employees under so much stress that they can't handle even the slightest request without blowing up.
