All employees are always very helpful and efficient with a friendly smile especially the manager Billy he’s great. I think it speaks to his leadership.

Kinda messy, but they said it was a busy day and short staffed

I'll ask for no ketchup and you guys douse the burger in it anyways. I came on my break this time and so I didn't have a lot of time to eat or even just to get food I wasn't even able to eat this burger usually I just wipe it off but this burger particularly was literally covered in ketchup when I specifically asked for no ketchup, saw that the screen also said no ketchup and confirmed. I didn't take a receipt bc I'm an idiot so I know I won't get a refund. Severely disappointed and also hungry.

The food is always so delicious. Made fresh when you place your order. And they even make a burger for my pupper! Thank you Braum's.
