My experience at this restaurant for dinner was just okay. However, when it came time to pay, we were given a bill that didn't match what we expected and lacked any details. When we asked for a revised bill, it ended up being more expensive than the original. The waitress tried to charge us for a dish we never received and overcharged us for a bottle of wine that we had chosen without a wine list. The owner was unhelpful and rude throughout the whole ordeal. Overall, I would not recommend dining at this restaurant.
I recently stopped at this restaurant on my way to Orosi from San Jose. The waitress recommended a fish dish, which turned out to be delicious. The portion was a bit too large for me to finish at lunchtime, but with rice, beans, plantains, and vegetables, I managed to eat most of it. The weather was nice, allowing me to sit outside and enjoy the quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic at that time of day. To my surprise, the bill was lower than I expected.
Good restaurant right outside Orosì. The place has two floors, traditional and tastyfood (casado, arroz), big portions and good quality/price. Beers and two main dishes around 10k colones
This is my second disappointing stop here. Food was severely overcooked and already pricey. The staff was indifferent to our complaints.
