Surfing - Cartagena

On July 27 I lay here on the beach, and had lunch. Firstly, there were a lot of cigarettes near the beds. That while a bed costs €10.00 each. During lunch we were served by an uninterested and not customer-friendly boy. It started with dishes on the menu not even being there. He threw everything on the table, when my boyfriend finished the last bite, he immediately came up with the comment finished bill . The burger was anything but special. Seemed straight out of the freezer. Never again.

We came here for lunch last week whilst staying nearby for a couple of days. Its in an ideal location overlooking the beach, and was really busy, so we thought it would be a good bet for a decent experience. Unfortunately it wasn't to be as good as we hoped. The welcome we received wasnt particularly warm, and were not really greeted, just told to stand in a different place whilst they sorted a table for us. The table we got had loads of food under it, but wasnt cleaned until we asked the waitress to do it for us. The food was fairly bland, the chicken burger was literally a frozen breaded chicken steak in a bap. I probably would not come back here, especially now I know there are much better places to eat a few yards further on, with little difference in price. Overall this wasn't the best experience.

Came here today with my family, there were 6 of us in total. We had reserved sun beds and a table for lunch on the phone the previous day, on arrival we were then told that the cost of sun beds was €45 but we paid, thinking at least we would get some table service for drinks and snacks.however no table service was offered, and you actually have to clamber over and down a rickety set of steps with your drinks to get to your sun beds. Then we asked for some of there famous cocktails that are plastered all over there Facebook page only to be told that there weren’t available today, on hearing this we were gutted. Staff are all very rude, young and offered no customer service skills at all Food came for lunch, and agin very dissatisfied with overall quality, sent back both Aberdeen Angus burgers as they were barely cooked, I don’t actually mind a slightly pink burger but these were served blue, we sent these back and new burgers we’re sent out and were exactly the same as the first ones I told them not to worry resending these. Such a shame as this location is lovely, right on seafront And would be a lovely place to spend the day Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone

Un sitio muy bonito , con un servicio impecable y una comida riquísima....para repetir . Totalmente recomendable.

Decir que en cuanto al servicio es un poco engañoso, llamamos para preguntar si había menú del día y nos dieron que si, cuando acudimos en un primer lugar solo nos ofrecieron la carta, al preguntar por el menú, el camarero nos dijo que no había y al decirle que nos habían dicho que si, fue a preguntar y nos ofreció un estofado y unas sardinas como únicos platos de menú, nos pareció una tomadura de pelo, pero bueno comimos unos entrantes y un arroz al caldero, todo rico, pero bueno se come bien y las vistas preciosas junto al mar
