Colmao - Cartagena

We had all sorts of tapas during our road trip from Barcelona to Gibraltar. Colmao offered us the best tapas we had throughout the trip. The waiters are very friendly and gave us great suggestions we trusted them to advice us on our food and did not regret a single tapa. All of them were amazing, but especially Alberto, who not only provided the best service but also really helped us in finding last minute accommodation. Unfortunately I lost my phone during this trip so cannot upload pictures of this lovely place but I definitely recommend this place for a dinner or even aperitivo.

This is a nice restaurant in the heart of Cartagena. Best tapas I ever had. The servers are very friendly and there was no waiting. The atmosphere was pleasant. The young server, (not spaniard) made excellent suggestions... we followed her advice and didn't regret a single tapa. No need to order regular plates, tapas are good, tasty and plentiful, not to mention the great prices. Good wines too.

We were recommended this place by a cafe nearby, as a good place for real, local tapas. As we walked in the waiter didn't know too much English, but was happy to help us choose some dishes he recommended. Food was excellent and the bar/restaurant had a great atmosphere, giving us a taste of traditional Spanish tapas, that wasn't you're typical tourist restaurant. Perfecto!

Mientras pasamos por la puerta, casi pasamos, pero mientras miramos adentro y entramos, nos sorprendió la gran variedad de tapas, y el buen servicio. populares prwcios. recomendable

Muy buena comida para la cena, pedimos 2 tostadas, 2 batones y un rico pastel gourmet a naranja. 1906 gran cerveza. Las tostas salen a compartir y los molletes les cortan también para compartir. Muy bueno todo, buen trato de camareros aunque eran muy suaves.
