The service at the restaurant was excellent and attentive. The charming decor in every area of the hotel was impressive. The staff was definitely the highlight of our stay. I am certain we will return during our next visit to the city.

When I finally got the right room, I was provided with a broken iron, and overall, the room itself was not up to standard. This was, without a doubt, my worst experience at a Hilton hotel. On a positive note, I want to commend two members of the waiting staff: a young man from the Philippines and a woman who worked as a host on the evening of July 17th. They provided excellent service. When I checked out, I shared my concerns with a male staff member, but he dismissed my complaint by folding the feedback paper in front of me as if it were unimportant. He claimed he needed to complete a test before giving me my receipt, which I still have not received via email, as he promised. There's more to share, but I’ll stop here.

This hotel has seen better days! I use to visit this hotel for business and was much better during those times! This hotel is stuck in time with not a center put forth to update it! On the positive side the employees do work hard to help customers! The room seems to be clean even though it's outdated. Some simple things could be done to this hotel to bring it up to modern times. With that said, if you are just looking for a bed to sleep and not a place to lounge, then this hotel would serve your purpose.

This hotel was kind of a disappointment I stay at hotels 5 days out of a week all year around with my job mostly 2 and 3 star hotels. When I found out that we would be staying at a double tree hotel especially one backed by Hilton I thought wow what a treat. To my suprise not so much. This hotel is so cheap that you only get you only get one used roll of toilet in the bath room two towles face bath and hand, the pool closes at eight pm and was lukewarm at best I always thought it should be at least 100 to 102 for best results and health reasons. You can't find any coffee find any coffee down stairs every hotel we stayed at in the past five years at least had complementary coffee they even have a bar but no coffee. And I just went down for breakfast and found out that the breakfast that was supposed to be a part of the room was not that I have to pay for it myself 20.00 a day. The air conditioning filters in the room were not cleaned at all the air barely blew threw. Think about how many germs are traped in it covid ? I held it up to the light you couldn't see threw it. If you plan on staying at this hotel bring a ice chest because the refrigerator is so small you can't put a gallon of milk in it and if you do bring a chest you better bring your own ice because the ice machine did work on my floor.and they advertised free parking as an amenity that's kind of a joke considering it's nexted to the civic center that has at least 500 none pay spaces.I have attached photo of the air-conditioning filter for my room.

The service was excellent, the staff was very helpful, and the food was delicious.
