Herald's Dairy Delight - Carson City

I've never had anything here, but my wife and kids love it.

Only soft serve in town so there were quite a few people there. $12 for a malt and a sundae. The sundae was supposed to be a hot fudge brownie but there was almost no hot fudge in it and it was made in a 24 ounce paper cup like my malt was. There were two people working there that did not seem to be enthusiastic about it at all. They were very slow and not too friendly. In their defense they were kids...so....The older person that was there was invisible and may have been working on something in the back....When we complained about the lack of hot fudge shas referred to us and she spooned a bit more and said they were out and she needed to get another container....no more hot fudge was forthcoming. Oh well....

Consistently excellent service and high-quality ice cream. Every penny is worth it! I can never finish my dessert! Highly recommended!

I love their lemon cones! They're seasonal, so I always look forward to when they're available.

I paid $32 for two grinders that were barely filled. I wouldn't recommend this place for a meal.
