Contribuiți la feedbackStopped in for a late lunch.. Not the best service,, but not the worst. She must have been having a bad day. She wasn't rude, just not friendly, and we did have to ask other employees for items because she would walk past us, make eye contact, and continue walking. She didn't check in, I think once, maybe. Trust me, once usually is enough, but this day we were really thirsty. Must have been busy, there is an outside sitting area as well. I had a Brew Burger, it was good. Lliked how they didn't pile the pastrami too high. Didn't care for the caramelized onion on it, made it too sweet. Almost everything lacked salt (easy fix). I must say, the gluten free crust pepperoni pizza was actually delicious. The fish-and-chips were tasty as well. The wait was long, and the food was good, but not great.
Here we go. Michael the bartender. wow! we ordered the roasted brüssel sprouts, wisconsin beer cheese soup and a French dip. the appetizer was amazing, great combination of aromen, perfectly balanced. the suppe was boldly flavored, rich and creamy delicious! French dip was also very good. there were some service problems, mostly timing and communication. but after a few talks were resolved. michaela (bartender) made the night. she created my drink in the grunde knocked out my socks. michaela knows her things; she is friendly and very knowledgeable. thank you! michael I had to perform 5 stars after everything was said and done because there are 2 stars on this show. makayla and the chef. Decor atmosphere is also quite amazing.
I was in the union a few times and had a lot of good experiences. the other night I went with my friends and had an excellent! our server, maddie, it really made it a great experience. she was attentive, had the dinge come out in a good order and helped us with our extras we demanded. the burned endflasters were sooo good! we thought it was more pizza like, but there were 3 pigs bauch tacos with flat brot as wrap. the aromen were delicious together. we ate them too fast to make a picture. I've got the salmon court as my head. it was a nice healthy option. the salmon was nicely broken. the brown rice was dry as brown rice can be improved by mixing the side into it.
This will be a long review, but at least it is thorough! my friend and I visit phoenix. he works hospitable, I work in retail. he gives this place 4.5 stars and I would say 4.9 but round says 5 stars. we came last night near the nba finals suns in four.) I ordered an ipa because I love her and he ordered the medaille because he is experimental. we both enjoyed them and had no complaints. I ordered the city burger and he ordered the ribs. While we waited for our food, we heard either the cook or the food runner sing with to train’s drive. Anyone who died edible, I suppose it is because of the workers who combine a good time/work.) tonight we came in and decided to have pizza and wein. we ordered the house wine and it is really cost-effective in comparison to phx $20 is happy hour for a bottle vs $22 for a domestic wine bottle during dinner.) we also ordered an salat, the pesto pizza and seargent peppers pizza and oh my quality, they were so good. the pesto pizza was glazed in goat cheese, which is rare and was very appreciated. the seargent pfeffer had sausages that were delicious. both had a nice balance of blows to crust. now for the service: we came near the night and were accidentally close, but the staff was so beautiful and thoughtful! tonight our waiter shane was so nice and funny! for the nit pickers our as my friend): the salat did not come out until he was remembered after our pizza. but honestly, who cares while eating is good. shane was great and eating was more than what I expected, so 5 stars of us! if we ever come back to carson city, we definitely come back to the union!
Really cool brewery and it's beer very good! my wife and I have our own flights (the total of 8 different beers) I can honestly say that they were all good. the personal was super friendly and always to check on us. we have a pfeffer chocolate and it was also good. my personal opinion, the paprika was a bit strong and took off the taste of the teigs and the sauce. they ferment there teig for 72 hours, which is brilliant! to do this, allows the yeast to ferment so that they get a great taste. this is the way to do it and I am glad that they do it. If you in carson I would definitely check this place.
