Dutch Bros Coffee - Carson City

Two incredibly talented and ambitious young men, Miles and Emmanuel, provided me with outstanding service and truly brightened my day with the two drinks they crafted for me. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting this place; their customer service was exceptional!

The line wasn't long, but it took ages to get our two iced rebels because an employee—maybe a friend—was in line. Naturally, everyone came out to greet them, and the person taking orders even gave them a hug. When that person finally got to the window, they only had one drink, and it took about 10 minutes. To top it off, our drink was incorrect when we finally received it. The other two locations are far better.

I visited last week with my daughter, and we had the pleasure of meeting two amazing young men who really made our experience special. While we waited for our drinks, they welcomed us warmly, engaging us in conversation and making the time fly. The next time I saw them working together, it was clear how much they contribute to the positive atmosphere of the place. It’s evident that they enjoy what they do. A big thank you to Miles and Manny for such a wonderful experience! We will definitely return!

Waited 30 minutes in line for what was chocolate milk with coffee in it. Not worth a syllable of hype.

Messed up our drinks and the staff wasn't very friendly. Like Dutch Bros usually is. Definitely needs work
