Carson City BBQ truly deserves its reputation for amazing barbecue! They catered both the men's and women's events at Genoa Lakes Golf Club, and everyone couldn't stop praising the food! The salad, mac and cheese, and beans were all delicious, but the brisket was the star of the show. It was incredibly tender and full of flavor—I'm regretting even using barbecue sauce on it! Phil and Michelle delivered excellent and friendly service. I highly recommend this place!

Phil and his team truly excel at catering events and parties. The meats are always fresh and perfectly barbecued right on site. He provides a wide variety of side dishes to complement the main attraction. His seasoning blend is fantastic and can be used with more than just meat—it's great for anything that could use a little extra flavor. Give it a try on popcorn; you’ll be pleasantly surprised! The prices are very reasonable considering the professionalism, delicious food, and hassle-free planning. As a proud member of the Carson community, Phil has earned the admiration of his neighbors. They catered my 80th birthday party. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Their prices reasonable.They provided, bbq chicken, tri-tip, potato salad, Cole slaw, baked beans, rolls, butter, plates, napkins and plastic silverware.The food was delicious. We picked it up. They even warmed up our cooler with hot water to transport the tri-tip and BBQ chicken.We heartily recommend this company. You can try them at BBQ events like the Rib Cook-off in Sparks every year.
