Burger King - Carson City

I dont understand why Burger King is so damn Stingy with their cheese.

The eating was just in order, but the older man who helped me made it feel like he was trying to get rid of me, I understand that it was morning and he was probably tired, but I felt very undesirable. Beyond that, I sat on the Drive-Thru speaker for a few minutes and no one said something, but when I ordered in the window, he didn't really seem to care. I'm not trying to be one of those karens, but I work in the food industry and I know what would normally happen if I did this to a customer.

I don’t know what happened to this Burger King but it’s got to be the worst one I’ve ever been to now. They serve stale old fries all the time. They obviously don’t read the order even when it’s right in front of them.. I was served a soggy wet burger that the patty wasn’t even cooked. They served me rock hard chicken fries that disintegrated in my fingers to dust and tastes like it’s a day or two old. Then decided to slather my double cheeseburger in mayo and pickles to the point it was soggy and wet as well.. I used to love Burger King but this is just disappointing.

It's rare for me to give 1 star to a fast food place, but this one is an exeption. I expect errors from time to time, but this is so consistent it's starting to seem deliberate. For some reason, the employees at this place cannot, no matter what, ever remember to put the honey mustard in with the chicken nuggets. Even if that's the only thing other than chicken nuggets, they will undoubtedly forget to include the honey mustard nor any other sauce in its place.

They have been randomly closing the dining room whenever they feel like it for the past few months. I'm tired of walking over there just to be turned away. I walk over to McDonald's, Wendy's, or KFC. If you don't want to have your dining room open then someone else will get my money. If they are trying to control the flow of people then they are gonna continue to loose profits. Don't waste your time. It's not worth the gas to be idling in the drive thru especially with the cost of gas these days. They need to post a sign saying the new dining room hours. I walked over a noon and they were closed. I walked over at different times within the past few months and 3/4 of the time they are closed. I hope corporate fixes this issue.
