Contribuiți la feedbackThere was mayonnaise on the Greek gyros instead of tiziki sauce, and we didn't get any. Super gross, couldn't finish it, it was swimming in mayo. Not normally the case! Normally the Gyros are really good. Really like the staff too. But mayo!? I'll beasking about that next time.
Great experience! They always have their everyday value menu and happy hour from 2-5. Arby's truly strives to satisfy their customers. If you're not happy with something, just let them know, and they'll fix it. However, if you go in and falsely claim you didn't receive your food, they can tell. Just a tip—don’t make yourself look foolish!
If you don't specifically ask for Arby's sauce, don't expect to get any—no sauce for you! The service at the drive-thru was quite rude, and they handed me an overfilled drink that would spill all over me and my car if I barely tilted it. Most other places would at least wipe it down first. To top it off, the customer service representative gave me a glare as if to say, "Hurry up and leave." I usually wouldn't post a review, but this same "specialist" seems to have a bad attitude every day. I can understand that finding good staff is a challenge, but it doesn't excuse poor service.
The staff demonstrated impressive attentiveness. Management and team leaders are truly stepping up and leading by example when it comes to customer service for their colleagues. Wishing you all the best—Jesus loves you!
Management needs to step up quality control. I know it's fast food but three consecutive visits they have botched my order. This time leaving out two whole sandwiches. Additionally the bottom of my bag was full of mashed food making a big mess in mycar. When told the manager blamed training. It's fast food you are ALWAYS training.
