Wendy's - Carrollton

While I was waiting, I noticed a female manager pacing between the front register and the drive-thru window, eating a burger around the food area. Additionally, I saw another employee eating as well. It’s surprising because the corporate office for Wendy's is located in Dublin, OH, leading me to expect better service and standards in Ohio. This particular restaurant is situated in Carrollton, OH, south of Canton. Overall, I was disappointed with the service.

The service here is quick and friendly. Typically, you won't have to wait long, unless you place a large order. Be sure to grab a frosty tag; it's a great deal for a tasty treat!

I was very disappointed during my recent visit to this restaurant. The staff did not wear gloves, even while handling food on the grill, and the place was simply filthy, with sauce and food all over the floor. I used to frequent the drive-thru, but this was my first time going inside to pick up my order, and I was appalled by the lack of cleanliness and hygiene displayed by the employees.

First I want to thank Wendy's for bringing back the pretzel bacon pub burger. I've been going through the drive through here for some time. Today we ate inside. The food was good but we won't be coming back. The entire restaurant was grossly dirty.

Never go to this Wendy's on a Sunday. The food takes ten times longer than it normally would. I just spent 20 minutes in the drive through and there were only two cars in front of me. Judging from the bags they receive they did not order an exorbitant amount of food. The crew is nice but it takes way too long on Sunday for the food to come out.
