The old lady is sooooooo rude every single time. We are regular and usually order large size of Jokbal once a week. Today we ordered large Jokbal as always and the food is soo bad they didnt torch the pork hair properly and the fat was a lot (it was about 2/3) and the meat was too dry. And we called the she answered and said ‘people even cant eat this jokbal because it is selling out so fast, just eat!! That good meat!’ and she just hung up during the phone instead of apologizing.We did said nicely but she didn’t listen just kept talking herself the same thing ‘just eat, just eat!’ and cut when we talkJust eat?? How could i eat the most of fat with hair and the dried meat??This is not the first time she hung up the phone. Also this is not the first time the meat was too dry with a lot of fat and the garlic was rotten but we didn’t complain before.We just wanted her say to have better service next time.We didnt have the meat just throw away.———The lady working is really unfriendly.I always order pig's feet once a week.When I complained that there was too much fat in the meat and that it was too dry, instead of apologizing, they just told me to eat it since they use good meat, and hung up after saying what they had to say.‘We can’t sell pig’s feet because we don’t have any. Just eat it because it’s good meat! ’ While we were talking, he said just eat, just eat, and hung up the phone. This lady has been talking to me not once or twice, but even when ordering, and she just hangs up and says she's busy... Even when I asked about the size, they sighed and hung up, thinking that they had just received the order, and basically just hung up on the phone.This isn't the first time I've had poor quality meat.I haven't complained in the meantime.Today, the scaffolding was more than 2/3 full, the meat was cut in a mess and completely dried, and the pig hair was all visible today, and the torch was a mess. Most of the garlic is rotten too. Today’s pig’s feet were much more tender and tasty than other times. Thanks to you, it was a happy time.

I ordered 9 servings of pig's trotters to take out, but they only gave me 3 servings of rice. I asked if they could give me more rice to accommodate 9 servings, but they said no. Then the staff member asked me if I was going to do that, why take out, and told me to dine in. I've eaten a lot of pig's feet here, but I don't think I'll go back anymore.

Food is great, I just wish the owner of this place would stop yelling at her son when they're working. Brings the mood down. I can relate because I am also a child of the working Korean family which makes it even more upsetting when I see that.
