Taco Bell - Carrollton

I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The woman taking orders was quite rude and got my order wrong the first time. When I pointed it out, she accused me of the mistake, even though the missing items weren’t in the bag. I had to go through the drive-thru again to get the rest of my order. When I asked for the missing items a second time, she said she had thrown them away, again with a rude attitude. Clearly, this situation needs to be addressed. Also, I recommend always getting a receipt when placing your order.

I've been here multiple times and this is consistently the best taco bell I've been to. I've never had a missing or poorly made item, and the staff is always friendly specially a new guy call Santiago I think that is his name. I'll be back!

The restaurant says that it closes at 2am, but when I got there at 1am, they were already closed. They didn’t answer the speaker and didn’t even look to my direction at the window. After multiple horns, one of the guys inside signalled me that it was closed. He didn’t even bothered to open the window nor apologise. There were many other customers who had similar experiences like me at still they didn’t give any regards. This has happed to me once, but at that time the guy inside opened the window and atleast talked with me. Also it was mobile order and I don’t think I am going to get my money back.

I got here at 1am but nobody were responded , so i pull up to the window and got eye contact with someone who works there but that person totally ignored me. Wow.. this is how to operate the restaurant. Ignore the customer. Thank you so much, I learned something tonight.

It's hit and miss with the speed of the drive thru, but food is always good and I don't think I've ever had a wrong or missing item.
