Sushi Kadan - Carrollton

Great food but the service was not so great. Several tables had to flag down their waiter for the ticket or to pick up the ticket. The table next to us had to take their ticket to the counter to cash out. There were no refills because no one came by to check the tables. Great music and food but the service ruined an otherwise great experience.

First trip. The food was really good. The draft Sapporo was so cold it had ice crystals. The Ahi tower was amazing and could have been a meal by itself. The Kadan roll is served warm and that. That presented an interesting texture. However, the flavors were so on point that it more than made up for the texture. We tried a rice-less roll and we loved the pieces but did not like the whole roll. We finished with some Lychee Sake and it was an amazing palette cleanser.The service was hit and miss. The person serving the beer and Sake was attentive and very helpful. The server with the food answered some questions but wasn’t that engaging.The decor is fun and we are already talking of returning to try more items. Sushi Kadan is definitely worth multiple visits.

We love this place it's delicious and has a very nice atmosphere. Had a sizzling vegetable teriyaki platter and Udon thick noodle soup. Has never disappointed us. I feel very reasonably priced.Parking: Easy to park at end of large shopping center. Lots of space to park. Never an issue.

I did delivery with door dash on this one!! Rueben was my door dasher and he was absolutely phenomenal!! Definitely worth the tip!! I had the 6pcs tuna roll (hand rolled) and the tuna and crab and avocado roll!! Definitely worth it and the prices were reasonable!! Super fresh and definitely will be ordering again!!Food: 5/5
