Parks Coffee Roastery Cafe - Carrollton

What an amazing place! As soon as you approach, the aroma of freshly roasted coffee hits you from the parking lot. The coffee here is incredibly fresh and absolutely fantastic. And as if that weren't enough—they also have La Casita pastries! Plus, you can enjoy Taco Deli breakfast tacos. La Casita is the cherry on top and makes for a perfect combination. The atmosphere is bright and cheerful, with windows that let you see their roasting and brewing process. It's an impressive operation and a wonderful discovery. I noticed they offer tours on certain days too. I can't wait to come back!

I did buy a few bags of their beans to see how they brew on my own, so I'll be sure to update this review later. On the positive side, the tours they offer are fantastic, and it’s interesting to see their coffee roasting process—though be sure to book a few weeks in advance. The atmosphere of the shop is quite pleasant, and while the pastries and muffins are just okay, they pair nicely with a latte.

I experienced incredibly fast service when I visited early in the morning before my walk. I ordered a large iced espresso latte sweetened with honey, and it was delicious. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the place was spotlessly clean with amazing aromas filling the air. I would give the food a perfect 5 out of 5!

I've passed this place on the highway for years and just stop by today.Stylish coffee shop even though it's in a hugh building. So wonderful to have different choices for coffee.I ordered a Latte but I'm pretty sure I received a Mocha. I took it home and doctored it up to my liking. I would give it another try.

This might be the coolest coffee location I have been to. They have like a science lab area though the glass. It still is cozy and quiet enough for study or work. And the coffee is excellent. I would have tried a breakfast taco but they were sold out before 9:45. Good sign.
