Marco's Pizza - Carrollton

Terrible staff and the general manager straight up lies to customers. I waited a long time for my order only to see others get there's before me. When I canceled my order and asked for a complaint phone number the general manager gave me a number to the gift card department. Go to Alfredo's or any other pizza spot, this location is awful

Love the pizza here but a warning for those using an app they didn't even try to make my pizza the way I ordered it and this is the second time! Where's my hot honey and romesan crust

This was my favorite store, but unfortunately they messed up my order today! I called to let them know, this woman Kelly told me she herself cut my pizza which wasn't true. When I picked my order there were to male employees. It made me upset the ? lies I don't want free food but I like to get what I'm paying for it. Be professional, you gave me a thin crust pizza with pepperoni and bell peppers while I order I cauliflower pizza with pepperoni and intalian sausage. You just lost a regular customer.

More worried about tips than bringing a hot pizza that was just thrown in the box and cut the wrong will never call

Better than any other fast food pizza I've had. With actually good bread sticks.
