Dunkin' - Carrollton

Very, very rude employees that did not acknowledge our presence or speak. Just finally stood there staring at us waiting for us to give our order. Won't be going back. And we have had wonderful experience at this location before and at many others. These employees need to GO!!!

My coffee tasted like dirty water with a little bit of raspberry flavor. I was VERY disappointed. $5 for dirt water, seems extreme.

I order the same things every morning before work. my eggs in my sandwich are never cooked done, my bread is never toasted.. my coffee is a hit and miss, which is crazy because i order the SAME thing every morning.. the crazy thing is they're always out of something, mayo, sweetener, something! i always order ahead of time just to get there and still have to be pulled up. please get it together because i love Dunkin!

Service at this location sucks.. Lazy slow workers. Still have to wait forever on pick up orders

Please fix the hot latte machine….I was told for the second time in two weeks that the machine is broken.
