Ari Korean Bbq - Carrollton

It’s our first time here and we ordered the beef combination for 2 people. The meat quality was excellent. The sides were delicious especially the corn with cheese. However, the kimchi and kimchi soup was just ok. It’s a tad on the sour side and not as crunchy as it should be. I usually enjoy eating a lot of kimchi but this time I only had a couple bites and didn’t care for it anymore. Ambiance and service was great. The walkway was very crowded because servers have to stand there with meat trays to cook for the guests. Overall, we were happy with our experience. We will definitely come back and try out other dishes.

We had the beef dinner for two, which came with brisket, short rib, and rib eye. I really like the steamed egg and cheese corn that cooks around the rim of the grill. Service was very attentive and everything was really tasty. I would like to take a bit more time to hang out and eat a little slower, it was a bit rushed.

Food was fantastic and we had a great experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone and we will be back!

It's 5 star for Korean bbq in Dallas. The meat quality is better than the All you can eat places, but not as good as a steakhouse (this is Korean BBQ after all) or high end Korean serving select meats. However, the servers are great and the value is good for the price.
