Mimi’s - Carrizo Springs

A very homey and friendly restaurant. I don't come here often, mainly because they close at 2pm.

Had a Tejano plate the cook and the waitress did check the plate. They forgot the beans that went with it.But the food was good and hot!

It was amazing and love the people there the food was the best hope to go back again

Mexican food restaurant. They serve breakfast all day. I ordered a Enchiladas ,chalupa and taco plate just to taste everything. The rice is tomato based, refried beans are as any. meat in the taco was flavorful. The cheese enchilada was made with cheddar cheese.No complimentary chips and salsa to snack on.Turn down is that its asked of folks to throw their toilet paper in the trash rather than flushing it. It's a border/mexican thing due to plumbing issues across. And a lot of Hispanics who live in the border areas are just used to doing it that way. Even though the plumbing works fine on this side of the border.

I enjoyed my breakfast and the staff was very nice.
