Josh Macs - Carrickfergus

Tonight, my partner went her father and our two children to Josh-Macs in carrickfergus, this would I mean and the partner before location, although the last couple were the best with increasing trips in takeaway thought we were going to have a real...feed from the beginning it was clear that they could not cope with the pressure of the people who were in the restaurant that the workers stopped ordering. we got our drinks ordered and waited for ten minutes for drinks and a shot. we then asked that the child's meal comes out at the same time as ours started again the child's meal was delayed a few minutes. the main thing when the main thing came my burger was completely wrong with food I didn't like. I said, and they took it back, I was told it would be at least ten minutes for my food, so I told them to delete it because my partner and her father had already eaten and I had eaten by myself. the waitress said she couldn't do anything else for me after she offered me a free drink. So she said I'm going to send my administration. no manager came over no personal came near us to see if everything else was in order, no person seemed to care how they stood to talk about the floor and the servier area. when I said at the til at the payment, a not very warm sorry was said and seemed to care. absolutely shameful, and I and my larger family will never be used again to be out of place. you have lost.

Friendly service in an American style diner. the tables were very far away in the stands, so that social disparation was well maintained. delicious food served hot on hot plates.

Was here for lunch with friends. of us had the cajun salmon which we both enjoyed, and the other two enjoyed their frys. We were welcomed with a smile and the very attentive service continued throughout our meal. Will be back soon.

Great Food and service. Really enjoyed my time in here will definitely return. Staff where lovely food was awesome

The service was quick and very friendly. The quality of the food was varying; from an excellent steak with sweet potato chips, to a fairly greasy battered cod with a hint of coleslaw, again to a good and rich pizza for the kids. The music...was a little too much and loud for my taste.
