Venable Rotisserie Bistro - Carrboro

The food was fresh and inspired. We had the special Scallop Crudo Appetizer and it was fantastic. The waitress was pleasant and experienced.

This was such a fantastic spot for our date night. All of the staff members were polite, friendly, and very helpful when asked questions. They do take reservations, which was a plus. We were unfortunately running a bit late due to a traffic accident that slowed us down, but they have a 15-minute grace period and were very understanding when I called to inform them of the situation. Our server Anita was wonderful and so sweet. The wait time between dishes was incredibly fast. We had a starter plate, two entrees, and two desserts. The presentation and quality of each was amazing! Everything was plated beautifully and the food was absolutely delicious. The spot was nice and clean, too (yep, even the bathrooms). I was also really happy with the amount of vegetarian substitutions available. They also participate in Wine Down Wednesdays! Hands down, this was a wonderful experience and I hope we can go back soon.

Not a single complaint…as wonderful as anticipated.
