I can’t even make this up. My husband and I went for the first time for lunch on the 4th of July. We were literally the only people in the restaurant. We were told rudely while waiting to be seated to “read the sign “ to seat yourself. After being seated we were told we had to order on the app. Ok, fair enough. After we ordered my husbands beer was flat (we didn’t complain because we just wanted peace). Since we were the only people in the restaurant we asked if he could just bring us a margarita and we would pay cash. No no you have to use the app ! Seriously when we are the only people there?! Then after our food came I got up to ask for salt and pepper I was quoted by the bar tender/ waiter “ the time to ask for that is when I bring your food. “WTH!!! I think I was in shock. Needless to say that was a horrible first experience with Luna.
Vibrant local spot with delicious, unique South-American-meets-Southern fusion. Plus a tasty brunch menu on the weekend. Really great, caring staff to boot.
Went to a graduation at UNC we had lunch at lunas. The food was very good our waitress was awesome, the place was busy but the food came fast and hot,I recommend trying this place.
My girlfriend and I stopped into this cozy establishment on a whim while staying at a nearby hotel. The food and drinks were delicious and we received excellent service. I ordered the Pollo a la brasa with the yuca frits and collard greens as sides and the Pina pama-rita to drink. All excellent!! I highly recommend the house made chimichurri as a dipping sauce, too. I loved the pride representation as well. We will definitely be coming back again soon!
