We stopped by chance the first time on a trip but we had to include it as a stop on the return trip: the focaccia was too good not to return! There is a great variety of products to choose from and we found courtesy and kindness. We can only express ourselves on focaccia and sweets: excellent both at the moment and consumed the next day! I am not celiac I have taken the pasta several times for my daughter and I have not resisted to taste them all a bit by stopping me to have breakfast from them. They are really delicious and are practically identical for friability and taste to the best pasta of a good notmal pastry... Really good. I took 2 scones seasoned with tomato and mayonnaise, I was amazed, never tasted such a good dough. As a celiac I'm not joking if I say I ate the best focacce in my life, a dough that reminded me of the softness and taste of the Neapolitan dough. Congratulations! I asked to share one of the 2 focaccias with pleasure, not knowing the combinations as they can know the cooks of the store but instead it was seasoned like the other, no matter good the same.
