Worst Subway! Employees are not trained on how to properly make the sandwiches, and they are rude. Also, this this location NEVER answers their phones, even when they don’t have any customers in line.

9/8/23 7pm The worst customer service I have encountered at any subway. Male employee had to be asked 3 times to toast the bun, hostile, unfriendly and almost glaring. Did not fill my partner's order at all, and when brought to his attention did not apologize or offer to make 2nd order so we left with only one sandwich instead of 2. Will never go back to this particular subway.

No active phone number where someone will pick up the phones! No responses to email.

And when she called the manager supposedly at home fiasta…i just returned the cold sandwich and got my money back. Ill mannered d place this Carpentaria is at times.
