Consistent quality and great pizza! Whenever we decide to order pizza, there’s no doubt about where to go. Even after the change in ownership, they continue to serve their signature Masis pizza with the same reliability. Delivery is always prompt, and the taste is consistently excellent. We usually go for half paprika, mushrooms, and onions, with the other half just cheese. Last time, they mistakenly added fries to my order. I almost called to complain, but once we tried the fries, we quickly agreed it was a happy accident. Now I’m glad they added it! It might just become a regular part of our future orders. As a bonus, each pizza comes with a menu featuring vouchers, allowing you to save on delivery and earn free pizzas, among other perks.

The food here is absolutely delicious, with a fantastic variety and exceptional customer service! We've used their catering services several times, and each experience has been a hit with everyone. My top picks are the Alfredo Pasta, Buffalo Wings, and Pizza. Plus, the portion sizes are generous!

The calzones come in a box almost the size of a shoe box. They're amazing. Don't write off this place, it's delicious.

This is my first time ordering from this place, and I really enjoyed the crust—it was crispy on the bottom. I was searching for a pizza with a dough that has a French bread-like flavor, similar to one I had in Chicago, and since moving to Carpentersville, I was hoping to find something like it here. The pizza itself is excellent, with great sauce and cheese. I would give it a full 5 stars if the prices were a bit lower. The customer service was fantastic as well; the staff were all very friendly.

Friendly staff. Fast delivery. Delicious pizza. Fresh toppings. The beer nuggets and baked mushrooms are our favorites. I recommend Masi's for pizza night.
