Marchand de Sable - Carouge

I’ve been coming to this restaurant very often for years and I’m still amazed by the quality of the burgers every single time. The Umami is incredible. Tartares are awesome too, especially the thaï and exotic ones. Prices are fair, service always friendly. One of the best restaurants in town.

The restaurant is well located, even though the terrace is directly on the road, so the noise and the smell of petrol is not the best. The service is quick and precise, the portions generous and the quality of the ingredients is good. The prices are in line with Geneva: expensive for what you eat.

Toller Service, leckeres und großzügiges Gericht. Dieses Restaurant ist eine wirklich gute Entdeckung, ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Absolut fantastisch! Angemessene Preise, hochwertiges Essen und ein angenehmer Ort. Der Service ist nicht so schnell wie in einem Fast-Food-Restaurant, aber schneller als in einem normalen Restaurant!
