Then food is so good for me I drive 40 minutes just to eat here.

Worker at the driver thru today had no customer service skills at all. Did not say a word when I came to the window. Took my payment and handed me my food without a peep. What has the world come to and why do these people get these jobs and have no type of interpersonal skills? Other than that the restaurant looks nice and if you like basic food then this is your place. I still feel like it tasted totally different in a good way a few years back before they started franchising so much.

Ok normally I don't do reviews to complain but tonight was just unacceptable. I went in to pick up an order. I was the only person who wasn't an employee that was there. The employees were in the back which was understandable. A young white woman employee came out to the front but she never greeted me or even looked my way. I figured she didn't see me or what not so I patiently waited a but longer. After like 4 mins goes by and she's making orders, I'm still ignored and waiting to pick my order … – show

Ordered the burger, fries, and a steak sandwich. The burger was as expected. Tasty. The fries were crunchy, hard candy crunchy. If that's what you're going for, you nailed it? But difficult to eat. The steak was flavorless and tough. The caramelized onions weren't. The steak had to be chewed from the sandwich.
