Trio A Brick Oven Cafe

Great food and service. A little on the noisy side, could use sound treatment.

Starving, chose Trio because it’s locally owned and I saw a baked Caprese on the menu. I’ve not heard of that and it was fantastic! I also had a hot cup of tomato basil soup and small Caesar salad. Couldn’t finish any of it, good portions. Service was great, solo so I sat at the bar. Jeff took fantastic care of me.

My wife and I were craving pizza so we decided to give this place a try. My wife had their Margarit pizza and I had the Goat Cheese pizza. They were both excellent. But that wasn 't the highlight of our time there. That would be our experience having Melissa as our server. She was amazing! We had so much fun talking with her. She was professional, courteous, entertaining, and had us laughing several times. When we left we neglected to take our Yeti bottle with us and Melissa was kind enough to put it aside for us and I picked it up later that day. If you are ever in the area, stop in and give them a try. Hopefully you 'll be lucky enough to meet Melissa. If you do, tell her Haymaker sent ya '.

Pre-made frozen pizza crust served barely cooked. Tasted slightly better than cardboard. Cheese not hot or melted. Skip this place

Fantastic food !Melissa is a top notch waitperson with a sparkling personality and attentiveness to each and every person she serves !Wonderful foods with a local flair, delicious and creative ! One would be hard pressed to find and have a better dining experience in Greenville or any surrounding townships.
