Starbucks - Carolina Township

Workers were rude and stinky. took forever to make my order. struggled to take my order. made the wrong drink 4 times. overpriced me.

Really kind service! I was having a bad day and having an argument with my hoa on the phone and while on hold I ordered a drink. I had to go outside to keep talking, when I came in the lady at the front (sorry I forgot her name I wish I could give her a shoutout for being so sweet left me a sweet message on the food I ordered. “Sorry you’re having a bad day- this will pass ?” Things like this really change people’s day! Very sweet girl and great reflection on the company! Hope I can catch her name next time she deserves credit.

Always a bad experience at this store. They can’t even make drinks correctly and asking to remake is a total chore. No interaction between the baristas and customers.Do better Starbucks.You used to be a better place before 2020

They turn off their WiFi when they close. Lame. Lame and stingy. The NOMA Square Starbucks doesn't do that.
