Hardee’s - Carolina Township

Sadly this place has been closed! I really liked the staff here as they treated me well!

I just got the worst chicken biscuit I have ever had. It was burnt, yet cold. I think it went through the fryer twice, it was tough as leather and dry. They also forgot a straw for the drink. I will never go to this location again, and I discourage anyone else from spending money at this establishment.

I love the small ham cheese sandwiches. My family love the big ham cheese sandwiches.

I stopped here for breakfast this morning and the young lady that took my order had such a welcoming face and smile. Not only was the food good but the environment was great. She didn’t let the fact that she was obviously under staffed and extremely busy stop her from being a kind person. I believe she said her name was Wendy. Also then went back for lunch. Still wonderful young lady was there with a smile!

Drive thru is slow. I ordered two loaded omelet biscuits with a piece of country style steak on each and onions. They never said at the drive through intercom they wouldn't put onions or I wouldn't have ordered. I ask the Hispanic girl at the window to make sure onions is on it, and she said we don't do produce in the morning. My wife was a shift leader at Hardee's almost 5 years. Every location we have been too bad made my order with onions. They just didn't want too. I ended up driving across the street to QT to get onions. Looking at the reviews, poor service is normal here.
