Sushi Boat - Carolina

I love my city Carolina and I love all the variety of food that it has to offer. Since I can remember I have been coming here to sushi boat because they just have really good sushi and the pega'o is just a must have. I have never seen the pegao anywhere else. Latinos tend to love the left over rice stock to the pot because of the crunchiness so here they made something similar. they made the sushi in a rectangle form they put it on the fryer and ooohala put some king crab salad on top with some eel sauce and we have ourself the PEGAO is crunchy and delicious.

This is a place just for sushi. They have a lot of options. Service is great. Quick work lunch, service was fast. The food is OK.

Overpriced, low quality sushi. Consistent terrible service. They apparently don't know the difference between Chinese food soy sauce and sushi soy sauce because they will serve it with your take out sushi.
