The vegan choices at this Freshmart and cafe are fantastic. They offer a wide range of products such as Gardein, Beyond Meat, Daiya, and Amy's that are easily found on the mainland. It's convenient to maintain my diet while living here. The deli also has delicious options, especially the Vegan Reuben sandwich.

I have been a regular at Fresh Mart Carolina for some time now, and I have noticed some positive changes in both the food and overall atmosphere of the cafeteria. They offer a variety of options including wraps, pastas, rice, beans, vegetables, and meat. Although the portions are not very large, they do offer a good selection of food. One new addition to their menu is pizza, although I have not tried it myself. Overall, my experience at Fresh Mart Carolina has been satisfactory, but it is important to ask questions about the food being served. Despite this, it is still a viable option for dining out.

This restaurant is a breath of fresh air! We immediately fell in love with the atmosphere. We were visiting Puerto Rico and were very impressed by the variety and selections. They offer two delicious vegan breakfast scramble options. The freshly pressed juice combinations are made right in front of you. Their lunch and dinner combos are fantastic. The dish "sincel en escabeche" was a delightful surprise. A shoutout to Chef Jonathan for the gluten-free pancakes with fresh banana slices, strawberries, and chocolate drizzle. Thank you so much for everything.

They now offer a variety of dishes ranging from wraps and pasta to rice, beef, and various vegetables. The portion sizes are not large, but they are adequate. One of the new additions is pizza, with a decent selection available. I haven't personally tried it yet, but my overall experience has been satisfactory. Just make sure to ask about what you're ordering. Overall, this location is an option worth considering.
