Jersey Mike's Subs - Carol Stream

I had to keep reminding them about one of the sandwiches without cheese, and they put it on there anyway. I had 3 gift cards, and the cashier tried to say one of them didn't work, which I knew was a lie. He even admit he accidentally mixed them up, so I got screwed out of one $10 gift card. He threw the gift cards out without asking if I wanted them back. A young lady who just came in seemed like she already had an attitude and just put whatever she wanted for toppings on the sandwiches. I had to ask the guy wrapping them to put the toppings my kids wanted. Messy service, and I won't be back.

I will never eat there again! I told the lady twice what I wanted on my turkey sandwich, she still gave me the total opposite. And I was in person when I placed my order! Y'all won't get another dime of mine!

Awesome food great service nicest people you'll ever

It was a very hot day and the restaurant was pretty warm. However that did not change the way the Staff greeted me and others, or how they filled our orders. It made it worthwhile that I stopped in and got such a delicious sandwich!
