Dunkin' - Carol Stream

Latte without foam? Something seems off. I have a feeling we were served someone else's coffee that they weren't happy with.

The staff at this place is truly outstanding! They are incredibly friendly, and I always have complete confidence that they'll get everything right. It's common knowledge that the quality at most chains can vary significantly depending on the employees, but these folks are simply the best. Dunkin' is fortunate to have them!

So, I decided to go back this afternoon because I really needed my Dunkin'. I informed the clerk about the mistake, and was told it would be $6.42 for a new order. However, when I got back to work again, I found that there was hardly any cream in my coffee at all. I'm not sure how many Dunkin' locations I pass each morning between Villa Park and Carol Stream, but I think it's time to find another one.

Went in the other day and was able to find no donut out of stock thank God! Family loves Boston Creme donuts, however sz has gotten smaller and prices are going up- which is why less one star

This Dunkin runs out of donuts faster than any other location. It?s super frustrating when you try to order numerous different flavors and they are always out. Why even bother selling the donuts?
