Great dog friendly pub. great staff, beer and atmosphere. Local are also very friendly. love this pub

The place may not look impressive, but the staff are incredibly welcoming, the atmosphere is great, and the cask ale is rather strong. It seems like a major renovation is in the works.

Dogs are welcome here, but please keep them under control. The regulars are warm and friendly. They serve excellent cask beer, and the place has improved significantly in appearance recently. Overall, it's a friendly pub in the city with reasonable prices.

The restaurant has a lovely, inviting fireplace, and the staff is very friendly. The prices are reasonable, offering great value for money. All Covid restrictions are appropriately enforced. I will definitely be returning soon!
