Bp Truckstop - CARNARVON

"The location is convenient, but the food is quite expensive and lacks flavor. The staff was not very welcoming either. Fuel prices are average, but I couldn't check my tire pressure because the system was broken."

I've stopped by here many times in the past, but it's been a year since my last visit. Unfortunately, the toasted sandwich we had this time was the worst we've ever experienced. It was completely stuck to the paper, and my wife spent several minutes trying to peel it off. The sandwich itself was dry, bland, and made with a slice of processed cheese. We were very disappointed and won't be returning on our way home or on future trips.

Have to give 1 star as it's the lowest. Seriously go to Ampol 500m down the road. For a truck stop you really don't care about truck drivers. Just to get a shower is such a hard conversation. Even after I say I'm not going to the truck to get my BP card and I'll pay the $5 for a shower I then have to give keys and my phone number etc. If you charge me for the shower that's fine but I now refuse to get anything else from BP. As a truck driver I often need to restock the fridge with drinks and food. The food is horrible at best. BP you have lost me now as a customer. I'll never grace these doors again as I had to argue to get my vehicle key back! I'll take my fuel purchases and drink purchases to Ampol 500m away who actually smile and say hi. They seem to want my business. I will also be suggesting that truck drivers don't stop here...there are other options.

Would rather give zero stars! Restaurant closed 7:30 which is a normal dinner time, truck drivers travel so far and want a feed get there and no dinner this sucks! Spend over $1000 on fuel and then have to pay $5 to have a shower. Staff are indifferent seem not to care. This is terrible and a let down by a big corporation

Most of the pumps at this location were not working. You would expect better from a company like BP, but perhaps that's not surprising after all.
