Taco Bell - Carmichael

The manager Sarah is incredibly terrible. There is no excuse for being made to wait 45 minutes for a mobile order due to your team's mistake. You claimed that other cars in the drive-thru were a priority and that there was a shortage of staff, so I had to wait. However, you showed no urgency in preparing my food yourself. The management at this location is awful.

I would like to lodge a complaint about this particular Taco Bell location. It is without a doubt the worst Taco Bell in Sacramento! The taco supremes are consistently half-empty, so thin that the shell touches, and lacking in cheese - maybe only 5 shreds at most. When I visit the Taco Bell on Eastern Marconi, the tacos are excellent - crunchy, filled to the brim, with a generous amount of cheese. I have never had any issues there. Additionally, whenever I try to call this location, they never pick up the phone. And let's not even get started on how terrible their beans are - old and unappetizing.

I just returned from Taco Bell and once again, the service and speed of the food were excellent. Jason at the drive-thru window was amazing. He was very respectful and kind, displaying professionalism beyond his years. His kindness and exceptional service truly stood out to me. I hope to see him at the window next time. Kudos to the management for training such a remarkable young man. ????????????????????

They always get our order correct. The food is usually great but this time was a bit cold. Not sure why that is. The employees are young but very professional and I appreciate that.

The staff is tired and over worked. Also, they constructed a wall during the remodel that blocks the view of the lobby from the kitchen so they have NO clue when there's a line. Also they installed self service kiosks, the employees roll their eyes whenyou come up to the counter. It's been like this for months... yes I want to order food but I also want some service please.Owners, do better. Hold your establishment and employees to a standard. Might not expect a good ROI but your customers will behappier.
