Hungry Hollow - Carmichael

I had a great experience with my hamburger at Hungry Hollow. I can confidently say that this hidden gem has the best-cooked French fries I've had anywhere. I can’t stand fries that are even a little bit soggy or greasy, but the fries at Hungry Hollow were plentiful and perfectly seasoned. As I write this at 8:00 AM, I’m definitely tempted to have some Hungry Hollow fries for breakfast!

The restaurant has a classic vibe and offers standard breakfast prices. The eggs were cooked to perfection, and my meal was excellent overall. However, the real highlight was the Belgian waffle. These waffles could very well be the best in Sacramento—or close to it. Make sure to order the waffles; you won't regret it!

This is the best café/diner I've ever visited. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the warm hospitality is hard to find elsewhere. As if that weren't enough, the food was fantastic, and the waitstaff were attentive to every need. My coffee was constantly refilled, and any request I had was promptly addressed. I can't emphasize enough that if you're living in or visiting this area, you absolutely must stop by for breakfast!

Another restaurant we discovered while we run out a morning. We both ordered the cookies and Gravy with two eggs and bacon, it tasted so good. Also the coffee they serve is really nice and we are picky over the coffee we drink. The waitress was very friendly and the place looked really nice. I would recommend this restaurant to all my family and friends.

Great food. Prices are pretty cheap. I'm guessing maybe the low overhead maybe? Works for me. Kitchen is quick to make my meal too. Coffee isn't the best tasting but meh... they have a new regular customer in me.
