Toppers Pizza - Carmel

As night owl, try to find places to eat 2 at the decent, can become more and more difficult. Many fast food sites have closed earlier, as it is no longer in their best interest to be 24 hours. So, my options are slowed down. When I heard Toppers was late open, they were going to my meal when I don't feel like doing anything. Every experience was a good one, as the website is very easy to use. Tonight must have been particularly busy as I got a call back shortly after my order. I was informed that the delivery time would be later than expected, and asked if this was deterring my desire for pizza. The young man seemed apologetic about the prey, but I assured him that it was okay as I understand. The young lady came at the time when the young man, I think he said his name was Eli, on the phone said she would, fresh pizza in tow. Very pleased, very tasty and very delightful.

This place is incredible. Every pizza you order is going to be steaming hot and absolutely slammed with ingredients; it's no joke, you won't be able to eat at other places after Topper's. That said, if the wait is long sometimes (hr half rarely ever), that's what you're waiting for. Pizza that'll disappear and make you want to turn around and order more pizza. They read the special instructions you leave, and every single driver is friendly and remembers extras. These guys make great stuff and they work hard, everyone who eats the pizza you're about to order will thank you.

This location is great! I spoke to Jesse and he personally delivered my order quickly so that I could have it on my lunch break! I love Toppers and their new staff. Jesse is a great addition! He has lots of energy and customer service skills!

Out of 4 visits now (always pickup), I have had 3 poor experiences. The first time our large order was mistakenly deleted, and I had to wait while they remade the whole order. They also re charged my card while the original charge was pending on my account for weeks. Another time I tried calling 5 times, hours before they closed waited on their automated system for up to 5 minutes each time and never got through to place an order. If you put in a late night order for pick up, you NEED to call and confirm before you go to pick it up. I love the pizza, but the service is severely lacking.

I visited the North Meridian location in Carmel, IN on Sunday, November 25th, at 6 PM, and I was really impressed with the customer service. I placed an order, but when I arrived to pick it up, they informed me that they hadn’t received my order. The employee addressed the issue directly and took ownership of the mistake. To make it right, they not only completed my order at no charge but also offered me a free pizza for my next visit. Based on my past experiences, it's rare to see such accountability and effort to rectify a situation. The toppings were delicious too! We all make mistakes, but how a business responds to them leaves a lasting impression on customers. Kudos to Toppers! I’ll definitely be back!
