Texas Roadhouse - Carmel

Our server was incredible! He continued to check with us, even when the tables were filled up, he was attentive and pushed further! My steak was wrongly prepared, and he entered directly to correct the situation. This place was worth waiting.

Our first visit at this point. Our server was Anna, she was very nice. Food and service was excellent as always. My only complaint is that I noticed that TR skips the butter with the rolls. They used to give you two butter with the rolls. Now they jumped and gave you one, I always have to ask for two. Not only that, they don't always fill it very full. I'm sorry to pay $50 for a meal for two and they're trying to change on the butter. EVERY time I have to ask for more. I'm really tired.

I know it's a chainship, but this is really good! Our bartender Cassidy was great! Give her a raise or something because you have to keep her! Our steaks were cooked for perfection!

At a time when many restaurants are struggling with the staff, this situation seemed impeccable staff. My whole food, from appetizer to salad to the main course, quickly came out and was very obviously fresh. Every employee, especially my server, was friendly, smiling and polite, and they all worked together as a team to provide quality and fast service. That was a really excellent experience.

I was one of 13 family menbers here for a Birthday. It was a Sunday, afternoon with many eating out. We used the Roadhouse call ahead seating, and had only a 10 minute wait. Our waiter was awesome. After taking our orders, the food came out with in 15 minutes, with no mistakes. The food and drinks were. very good. Our waiter looked after the all of us. The service was excellent. I would return to the Roadhouse without any hesitation.
