Subway - Carmel

I would give it five stars, but they messed up our sandwiches and didn’t really listen at first. However, they eventually slowed down and made things right, which I appreciated. The way the staff handled the situation was commendable. The food was fantastic! Thank you, Underground! I’ll definitely be back.

This Subway exceeded my expectations. The restaurant, including the tables, floor, and restroom, was spotless. The staff was friendly and made our visit enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning.

I stopped by Subway for a quick sandwich before a softball game on June 2, 2019, and I was greeted by Rafael. He was very friendly and served us quickly. The restaurant was also impressively clean compared to some others we’ve visited. Thank you, Rafael, for the speedy service and your courteous demeanor!
