Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream - Carmel

This ice cream is incredibly good! we combined cake battery and brownie battery with keksteig as the mix in, and it was probably the best ice we had before.

I visited this place just before the heatwave ended, and it provided a perfect cool down. I had never tried their ice cream before, but we chose the lactose-free earthberry mix, which was incredibly refreshing. The portion size was generous for the price. The staff was polite and efficient, and I hope management treats them well. I would definitely come back and would recommend this place to a friend.

This restaurant is very clean and serves delicious ice cream. I tried the Strawberry Cheesecake flavor, and it was fantastic! I enjoyed watching them prepare it, and the sight of the nitrogen as it cascades over the counter is really impressive!

We tried the Banana Cream Pie Bismuth Ice Cream and the Mass Mocha Madness Ice Cream, and both were outstanding. The customer service was top-notch, as they inquired about any food allergies we might have. Watching them mix the N2 liquid was also a really fascinating experience!
