Piada Italian Street Food - Carmel

WOW! I had an absolutely amazing experience at this restaurant. Mike and Kiah were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home, and the food was outstanding. The steak was cooked fresh just for me, and it was fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a great meal! Food: 5/5

Where do I even start? I placed a curbside pickup order yesterday for three pasta bowls with various toppings like artichoke, spinach, feta, Parmesan, pancetta, and more. However, I only received spaghetti and chicken, leaving the order incomplete for all of them! To make matters worse, they only provided one utensil. Were the other two people supposed to eat with their hands? Ridiculous! On top of that, the bald man who brought me my incomplete order was rude and had an attitude. Excuse me for bothering him by ordering food!

AVOID THIS PLACE! I went with my family of seven, and the service was awful. I ordered basil pesto pasta with chicken, but my dish arrived without pesto and wasn't the portion I requested. Some of the piadas were not good at all. The servers and cashier seemed completely overwhelmed. Additionally, the restroom was incredibly dirty. I will NEVER come back!

It's essentially an Italian Qdoba and the food was served in delicious, generous portions. However, the staff and their treatment of customers left a lot to be desired. My family and I went here for a carb heavy meal after my sister had competed in a sports tournament. We're from out of town and had never ordered before, so we had some questions regarding portion sizes and how the ordering process works. Presumably the manager or cook (a tall man wearing a white cooking shirt was quite short and rude when we were asking questions. He was so agitated he just barked out questions (Noodle? Sauce? Size? Etc. and forcefully slopped food into the bowls, making a gigantic mess. He berated a coworker for a simple mistake when making my aunt's order, so much so that the coworker ended up walking away once he finished the order he was working on. The woman running the register was in a similarly foul mood and would hardly let us speak (ask for a drink or tell her which meals were together or not without cutting us off. Would absolutely recommend the food it was delicious, but perhaps try the other Piada for better customer service.

I normal can get a good meal here. But today I got the cheese sticks and they were not don’t and they were cold . I told the manager and he said they were doneFood: 1/5
