Limni - Carmel

This was my second visit, and it was just as fantastic as the first! The food offers a refreshing change from other places in the area, and the portion sizes were generous. The grilled octopus, lobster pasta, and short ribs were all perfect. The service was exceptional too. Liz, the hostess, greeted us warmly, while Ben, the water attendant, and Garrett, our server, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Garrett easily answered all our questions about the menu, which made our evening even more enjoyable. I can't recommend this restaurant enough—it's truly a gem in our area!

First visit: The food and service were outstanding! I had the grilled octopus, Greek chicken wings, and fried cheese appetizers—each one was better than the last! For our main courses, two of us ordered the lobster pasta, which offered a unique twist on the usual dish and was incredibly elevated! I must also mention the presentation of the dishes; it felt like I was dining in Manhattan rather than by the lake in Carmel! The third entrée, seafood paella, was also exceptional! I will definitely be returning soon and highly recommend this place.

This is a fantastic local restaurant! The calamari was the best I've ever tasted. Our waiter was excellent, and the ambiance was perfect. Be sure to ask for outdoor seating—you won’t regret it!
